Content & Intellectual Property Policy

Ownership

Members retain full ownership of all content they upload or submit to The Collective Dance Agency, including choreography, performance videos, images, written materials, and other creative works.

Platform License

By uploading content, members grant CDA a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display their content solely for the purpose of providing platform services, including portfolio hosting, internal visibility, and client review when applicable.

No Commercial Use Without Permission

CDA does not sell, license, or commercially exploit member content without explicit written permission.

Member Responsibilities

Members may not download, copy, distribute, repost, or otherwise use another member’s content without the content owner’s consent.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
